Hello.
We reviewed this MCQ.
For clarification purpose, Lateral Pelvic Tilt is caused by weakness of hip abductors of the stance side.
If a person stands on right leg and pelvis drops down to the left side, patient has weak right hip abductors.

Good effort but these mcqs are so simple PPSC mcqs are totally clinical based they never give simple statements mainly focus on clinical part I have already given PPSC paper most of mcqs were conceptual but every student do comprehensive study of every subject and then target on mcqs
