Passive Movement | Joint Mobilization & Manipulation | Stretching | Lecture 1 | Kinesiology Lectures
In this video, I've explained the basics of passive movement. The material is taken from book of Kinesiology by Dena Gardiner i.e. Principles of Exercise Therapy, Chapter 7.
The basic concepts of Passive Movement, Relaxed Passive Movement, Joint Mobilization, Joint Manipulation, Controlled Sustained Stretching are explained thoroughly in this video.
