I can say that this is not how bose sounds either his speaker has some issue or the video in RUclips. I have heard all these in real life believe me Bose is the best in terms of bass and sound. Ult is second best jbl have the worst battery life among three and i am 100% sure of you hear Bose you will get it for sure.

I own the Flip 6, Bose Flex, Charge 5 and Emberton 2. I value clarity over flubby bass and the sterophonic front/back clarity of the Emberton wins hands down. Plus it has the best battery life and looks. Next would be the Bose WHEN laid on it's back(!) for more treble clarity. It's great with movies due to it's bass. Negatives are that is fugly and doesn't allow for vertical placement which is handy on a loaded outside dinner table. The Flip 6 is better than the Charge 5. More surrounding than directional. The Charge 5 is just louder but too bulky for the ROI in size. If you use this at realistic sound levels the Flip beats it handily. If you want loud, then get a boombox to make a difference.
This sony ult here is better while JBL could be preferable for those who want sound more on brighter side ....where JBL also. Need to be equalise for every device...default eq comparably not good!

Bought the sony after a few days of looking at reviews and listening to them on almost all stores with the demo units going back and forth between the bose, sony and JBL. Used to be a JBL fan but I find myself ending up getting mostly sony speakers. I love the sound of the bose as well but it is a little bit more expensive than the sony.. JBL is the cheapest and more bang for the buck but the sony is just at the sweet spot for me. Thanks for the review, it made me reasured myself of buying the right speaker for me😂

I visited the store and heard them all live. None of them are too great tbh. Trust me guys! Just save up, go one step higher, and get the ULT Field 7. It's an absolute beast! It hits the JBL Boombox 3 out of the ballpark.

Hi, I was using ‘Bose’ speaker for a while and it seems a weird noise comes from left side speaker. It is noticeable once you keep near to your ears. Does anyone felt the same. I have replaced and same issue persists.
thats normal since the speaker is not centered so the passive radiator on the front can have space. you can search on youtube "bose soundlik flex teardown" and you'll see the speaker placement

Jbl is really reliable. I heard Sony speakers have a lot of issues. Bose is pretty reliable too. If you want loudness, get the flip 6. If you want very nice sound get the soundlink flex
It depends on the conditions and what kind of music you listen to. JBL sounds clear, especially the highs and the vocals. But using it outdoors and in the background with friends that's not an advantage, it's more of a disadvantage... Sony sounds a lot more fun and appropriate in those situations.

I have both jbl 6 and bose, and in reality bose have more base that you fill in the chest, where at jbl you have more clarity but less base (yeah, don't feel it at the chest)

Bose sounds pretty muffled.. the other two are fine with the JBL sounding slightly more detailed on some examples. Bass seems slighly better defined.
I like the field 1 but there is 1 thing that I'm concerned about , it's not stereo.

Actually, the Bose sounds better for music such as bossa nova or Spanish guitar. The JBL’s sound better for rock ‘n’ roll.

@@IMHO88-dm1xfi don’t know what speakers you’re using but the bose one has significantly better bass than the others on zero eq unlike the other two which have bass boosting options enabled. and you can just eq it as well

I have both jbl 6 and bose, and in reality bose have more base that you fill in the chest, where at jbl you have more clarity but less base (yeah, don't feel it at the chest)
@@chiperceanu At least in this video Bose doesn't seem to have more bass but rather a lack of mids and highs, you may find it satisfactory as long as you don't have another better reference.

@@kabassa The Bose doesn't sound as loud in this video because all speakers are set to 60% so the Bose should have been set at 70% volume to match the loudness of the other speakers because the Bose speaker increases volume much more at a later percentage.
