hey wait a minute, we rode this section also I believe. We switched from the TAT to the UTBDR right out of Heber City - I think we did that same section. After Garden City (Bear Lake) we connected up on the upper TAT at American Falls
I throughly enjoyed this episode, all roads I've never been on before. I was able to nail most locations on Google Earth and in doing so was amazed at the beauty of the Uinta region, I've been all around it but never through it. Your music/scene change editing was great...cheers
Thanks again Mark. I am getting better at the little map animations. Next time I should have them down. When I watch other videos it helps to know where they are. Really looking forward to this years trips now that I know how and what is needed to produce better content.
I’ve been going through all your videos and they’re really great. Normal guy, no extreme stuff, and tons of footage so we know what it’s really like on those routes! But most importantly you having some great adventures. Keep it up! As an aside, what it that little cover over you phone? I’d like something like that to protect it from the elements.
Thanks Sherif, that's a great analogy of the videos. As for the phone cover. You are gonna laugh. It is the bottom half of a Chinese take out tray, cut in half. It was supposed to be temporary until I figured out something that would last. That thing has almost 7000 miles on it. Lol at this point I just want to see how long a ten cent piece of plastic can last on an adventure bike.
@@localrouteadv hahah. I love that. I guess I’ll just cut some plastic too! Again, this is a cool documentary of some great adventures. Thanks for sharing with us.
thanks. working on that video now. Actually ended up being a great route even though it was around 60% pavement, it was great pavement. The Flaming gorge area ended being incredible. If you deal with gpx files I can send it your way.
As I later realized, you don’t need to go all the way off the ridge down to soldier summit to fuel up as there is a big gas station further on near … Fruiland? Something like that.
Binge watched em all now!!!! Can't wait for the next one!!!
you sound just like me. lol Ido the same thing. Glad you like them. Makes me feel like I am doing something right.
Bald Mountain Pass. Wow great view

@@JohnnyPowRides I haven't ridden the tat yet, but I know there are several long section that are shared.
Love the videos, riding through not racing through.
Thanks Bob. I still wish I had more time than I did. I probably still rushed a few days, but overall wouldn't change a thing.
I have really really enjoyed your videos!
Great to hear. Thanks for watching

@@shassabo my pleasure. I want pictures of your phone protection creation.
Look forward to your routing back into Colorado. May be doing similar next summer. Thanks, I know the work that goes into videos. @jrdepew
