I think this is not the type of bleeding you were looking for. In the case of nasal bleeding, you should be inclined forward and someone (or yourself) should pressure your nose for 10 minutes. If that does not work, try another 10 minutes. Then something bad can be going on so you shoud see a doctor or call an ambulance.
Check for danger, find the wound (cut away clothing) and don't assume there's only 1 wound, apply pressure and if bleeding continues try packing the wound, if that doesn't work use quickclot or equivalent gauze, if the bleeding continues apply tourniquet if it's a limb. If it's not then pray while applying more pressure to the packed wound Get professional training because doing this right or wrong is much easier than my 2 sentence explanation.

I stop bandaging my wounds for one main reason, lately when I get any size of cut, it bleeds but the blood is a different color, it much lighter, and it quickly get hard within a minute and covers the wound the blood is always formed in a circle, and the other reason is, when I bandage my wounds, the blood gets hard sticking the bandage in my wounds, making it painful to remove
