Congratulations on the purchase, and on the cute video. Just to add that the flow control is a pretty common feature these days and many and many espresso machines have it!

Ethiopian coffee beans are the best i have had to date and I've tried many. Always start with a 2-1 ratio so for a single shot 11.5 grams of beans, inner grind 4 and grind size 7, pour your shot to 22 grams and time it from the moment you clicked the start button and you are aiming for a pour of 22 to 25 seconds. If the flow is too quick make the grind finer and if its too slow make the grind coarser 😉
