Fortunately, my ISP does not care that i torrent, however, quite often, a copyright infringement agency will get hold of my ip address from a game i'm downloading and send it to my ips. At this point my isp simply puts that info into a section of my isp account where they sit and stack up. My isp also tells me Not to make contact with these agencies, saying that might lead to trouble for me. So, do your suggested precautions still apply in my case? Thanks

HI, I want to download qbittorrent, so just wanted to find out which one I have to download as there are two options : 1) 64-bit installer 2) Pgp signature.

Well it depends of the architecture of your computer, check it out and install it x86 = 32 bits or x64=64 bits
Depends what OS you’re running. Windows can’t natively verify pgp signatures, so just choose 64-bit, and be sure to verify its SHA1 or MD5 hash. It’s provided for you on the download site, unique to each version of the app. Once it is downloaded, you must run your own md5 or sha1 hash on your downloaded file, and match it against the one provided. If it matches, the file is intact and has not been tampered with.
Pgp also verifies the integrity of your download but in a more secure way. T he chances of someone spoofing a sha1 hash to trick you into a hacked version is very very slim.
Content creators like yourself need to start uploading a copy of your video to peer to peer platform with a software program like BiglyBT Software then post the shared magnet link and Hash in the notes or comments section of social networking video channels such as this one. They especially hate torrent programs and are constantly blocking numerous websites and labeling them - Trojans. It becomes a pain setting up exclusions. Anyway, It seems like an extreme measure - to have to buy a vpn or proxy to use torrent software. I thought a router's firewall and OS's software firewall are supposed to hide a machine's true ip-address, I don't know why it (the true ip) would show up when torrenting? Seems to me NAT (Network Address Translation) enabled router, maps private IP to public IP. So isn't it the fake / firewalled / public one, that shows up in the swarm? Also would think torrents in/out (torrents / traffic / activity) would be encrypted and thus hidden along with the real ip. I read - "Once you leave the street and go into the pub, all the other customers can see you. They see what you order, see how many you have and so on .. same with the swarm". I don't know about that, maybe?

Nothing about how to make ubittorrent itself safe from your system? Virusscanners mark qbittorrent.exe as a thread. I can't update my windows because of it. Please make a vid about that. Those plugins are pearl scripts. They can easily hack you that way. Please make a vid about that.
