Swapna, i am 41 now and have been working since very young age due to whatever reasons. I have taken a good 5 yrs brk for my son when he needed me the most. Since i have always been in a work from situation, i have mastered multitasking quite effectively. My support towards my son's studies has always been there. I work per schedule, may it be household job or an office work. I enjoy balancing everything. It gives you immense pleasure when you complete all tasks on time. But there are also bad days where nothing goes right, at that time i just say to myself "everything will fall in place, dont worry." I wont push myself nor do i be harsh on myself. In fact, i am healthy and active only when i work, if i dont, i end up getting unwell often, so i prefer working to maintain my overall wellbeing. As correctly said by you, never compare and never feel guilty that somebody is doing something and you are not. Do 100% whatever you do, it doesn't matter if it is cooking, washing, or any tiniest of thing. This is my perception. 👍👍 Life definitely will change with this perception, see for yourself.

We moved from Australia to Singapore for a few years and am taking a career break as there is no work permit for me and am enjoying my homemaker phase thoroughly. Looking after my boys, making healthy recipes, workouts, just the fact that am there for my kids and my husband all the time makes me so happy. Do i miss working? May be not now, might miss when my kids become independent. But waht you said is spot on, u do wat suits u the best, success is extremely subjective in todays world. Nice video! I’ve been in both boats. Got into IT right after college and felt burned out after 6 yrs. had a break of 10yrs as home maker taking care of kids and family. Resumed work 6.5yrs ago again and happy with my growth so far! It’s stressful no matter what role you chose or sometimes you end up without much choice. But understand that it has pros and cons and enjoy whatever phase you are in. As you rightly said, nothing is permanent. Life keeps changing

Hi swapna garu, Iam 26 years and it's been 7 years we got married with 2 girls but for a long period of time I am in great confusion my family wanted me to be financially independent and concentrate on career. my in-laws suggest to stay at home and look after us that's enough.I asked them to give me some time let me live this mom phase completely and yes now both of my kids started going to school and I am in search of my availabilities using the resources around me and with out neglecting any of our responsibilities . Thank you because you gave some clarity on managing time by dividing them into slots and utilising every hour in some productive way.I still have so much to share with you swapna garu but I think this would be enough for here.I really have lots of respect for your work and word's

As I m doing part-time maths lecture with not much salary coz after marriage I got 10 years of gap.
This gap coz of our foreign trip
n I have 2 kids 16 n 12 year old
When I see others with more salary I compare n why I m getting less .
Otherside when I see my leisure time with salary n taking care of home properly it's good 👍
Also think that I m giving knowledge what I learnt.its sharpen my mind too.

Quite an interesting content.. most difficult decision for a woman t to take is this.. i am in this phase.. this is my every day question.. some day i feel to quit job, n some day i feel to continue job mainly due to financial support it gives n socially it keeps us connected.. so i am unable to take a decision is because of these 2 reason... If i quit it impacts family not majorly in some way n it makes me stay indoors always without outside interaction.. this vedio has nice points to think so will see how i will be able to utilise.. thank you

Hi akka, I am house wife. I have 5 yrs kid because of him , husband n house I left my job. But still I motivate myself, my qualification is M. PHARMACY did job before marriage but after marriage it not possible. Every one is telling ur studies got wasted but i won't accept. I was happy with my family. I won't compare myself with anyone and i won't compare my kid with any other kids everyone are unique.
