      3rd place comes down very poor quality you know it's a cheap low grade unbranded zoom flashlight Rank 4 and 5 look much better

    And I use to love my mag lights. Was considered bright and it was great for self protection.

    Its amazing how far flashlight technology has advanced over the past 30 years I used to use one of the old style plastic military torches that only gave out 500 lumens even after switching out the default bulb for a better on another drawback to them was that they weighed around 2 pounds because they took 2 size D batteries their was aluminium torches around that were lighter and more powerful but the cheapest models were 6 times more expensive than a standard military issue flashlight and was even issued something similar to the military one when I worked for the royal mail in the late 80s

    Trash the bulbs blew out after two days on this one that use one 18650 cell and and had a battery level indicator and that did not work
