- So many people have asked, "What is included when I book a room in the Haven?" Danny is here to give you an overview of the inclusions and benefits when booking a Haven state room.

The HAVEN is an absolutely amazing class of service. The "ship within a ship" concept seems a little goofy at first, but when you see it in practice its absolutely incredible. The amenities that Norwegian has included with every Haven class room stands up to the highest ultra-luxury ships on the sea. The keycard access to special Haven only areas on ship allows you to escape the crowds while still taking advantage of the amazing assortment of experiences and dining that only a big ship can provide.
The private Haven restaurant, lounge, courtyard, sundeck, library, and observation lounge are absolutely spectacular. It would be easy to just stay within the Haven your whole stay, but what if you want Teppanyaki or an amazing plate of sushi at Food Republic? Just call your concierge or talk to your butler and they will make it happen (even if its sold out), and really is what the Haven is all about.

As long as you booked it in the last 30 days we can still service the booking.
I would think there would be added service charges for concierge services for the suites/Haven for it will cost plenty for a 24 hour butler
You do not automatically get the free at sea. You still have to chose it and pay the fees
I'm so upset that I found you after I booked- will certainly be using you in the future!! When you're not in the haven, room service costs 9.95. Is this the case in the Haven?
We may still be able to help you with your cruise, reach out through our contact link. As far as the room service fees we are waiting to see what they do post-Covid. They may be making some major changes to allow for more remote orders.

Is the Haven restaurant included with the haven or is it an extra charge to dine in there? We are booked in the concierge suite on the joy for oct 2021, hoping it will be a go. With our last 2 cruises canceled it was a reasonable up grade to the standard mini suite we usually get .

If we currently have two separate mini suites, will NCL allow us to cancel both suites and upgrade to a two bedroom haven suite?
That depends a lot on if you have reached final payment or not, and the sailing you are booked on.
I wish I could be invited to join someone in the Haven.
I know the Haven suites include the beverage package - does this include starbucks too? What are the details of what's included in the beverage package?
The beverage package included is not the highest tier that includes Starbucks. However, there is an excellent espresso and coffee machine located within the Haven lounges that tastes much better than Starbucks in my opinion. So at the end of the day the extra add-on isn't necessary.
What other beverages are included with a Haven room? We don't drink coffee or tea.
If I book a Haven upgrade but my travel buddies keep their regular balcony room, will they be able to join me in The Haven lounge/ dining room, etc?
Depending on the sailing that can be arranged sometimes, but it comes at an additional cost.

Do they have a kids pool in the Haven?
Between the wading pool, main pool, and the three hot tubs I'm sure one would work great depending on the age of your kiddo.
Is the 2bedroom sweet 2 masters?
One master, one interior, with the living room also converting into a bedroom.

Lots of variables. It starting at about $500 per person, per day
My question is, how much do you have to tip all these people who are serving you?
Its open season on your wallet. You have automatic "gratuities" billed to you when you book/pay for the cruise (not sure why we are required to tip, before even receiving the service). Then you're expected to tip on TOP of that when you arrive. You can expect to pay hundreds, on top of what the fare is, and this depends on the length of the cruise. I'd say expect at LEAST $500 or so.

Can you invite non haven friends to share haven benefits with you?
As a general rule the perks included in the Haven are only for passengers staying within the Haven. However, family members or close friends can visit some of the public spaces when accompanied by the Haven cardholder.
