Thank you for sharing your videos. They are helping me at 3am going into day 3. Looking forward to getting to the other side where symptoms reduce. It helped for the past 15 yrs I used It but my soul is sick 😫 from its daily use. I believe il attract better relationships with weed behind me. I love nature too and it helped save my mental health when i moved near a large few lakes 5 years ago. Keep going bro 💪🏾💯 Love from England 🇬🇧

@@wolffeyyy Hey you are definitely helping and I sure hope to help others in the future. I appreciate your time to support others which helps me on this journey. Not had the vivid dreams yet but had in previous quit attempts. Not complaining about that lol Can I ask you if you felt needy or had racing mixed thoughts. Maybe its time to journal again 😊✌🏾🌻💜

@@Wearethechamps I definitely have racing thoughts. no stranger to that. journaling does help for sure and I could agree to being needy as well. Embrace the dreams when you get them and just remember those thoughts will always be there so just learn to accept them as they are don’t resist :)

Thanks for your videos man.I need the help, I havnt smoked in a month now and am noticing the difference. Your right about the body and mind telling you to stop, that's why I stopped, it just wasn't helping me anymore. I love the smell, the taste , but the effects were horrible, I wasn't getting high anymore, just depressed and paranoid, the opposite of what it used to do for me.

Thanks for posting. Really needed some extra support Bc I’ve been feeling so lonely in this journey. 2 months weed free and my cravings are pretty strong, my bf is my sponser lol and sometimes I don’t want to give him all that pressure so it definitely helps watching videos like this

Thank you wolffey. I need to hear this, what you said is so true but sometimes so hard to admit to yourself how much it is hindering and not helping. I rely on it heavily, 10+ years of smoking. But this video hit home to me, at a time in my life where it is hindering every part of my life. It's so hard for me to accept, and hearing your experience is helping me to come to terms with life without it. It sounds so stupid when I type this but this is addiction, this is what it does long-term. I am watching this 3 months after you posted this, I hope you are still going strong and well done for what you have achieved so far. I'm looking forward to watching the rest of your videos

My path to stopping was trying and failing for two years. The longest I went was maybe a week. Then I had a panic attack smoking and haven’t wanted to smoke after that. It was horrific and I damn near called the ambulance.😂. Cut up my weed card after that and haven’t smoked it or had the desire to. I knew the reasons I should quit. The money it costs, the slow deterioration it caused in my mental health, the wasted time just sitting around smoking doing the same shit every night, the risk of losing my job to a random drug test. But when you physically feel all those reasons, I realized it just isn’t worth it. Made quitting super easy
