Yes most are! They have some that cost extra but the attendant is standing there waiting to charge. So you can easily tell which ones aren't free lol.

Yes this is a nice private island but like you said the locals are very pushy on trying to get you to buy their stuff. You basically have to say no and walk away. 🙂

I don't remember seeing any trams but they will probably provide wheelchair assistance if help is needed since that pier walk can be a little long.
