Hi I’m Cuban and I will tell the problem with Cuba is %100 the Cuban government’s fault. The stole property from both Cubans and Americans . They set everything up so the Castro family becomes rich while every day Cubans starve to death. What Cuba needs is a regime change in so the people on the island can have better lives

In Havana I rented an apartment in a Cuban's family home, This is what I observed a drug free society, no homelessness, no gun violence well educated people Havana was a clean safe city I walked all over Havana taking pictures of the good,the bad and the ugly. I was never stopped or questioned by anyone. Cuba was beautiful awesome and confusing all at the same time. It is up to the Cuban people to determine their future and not some bitter Cuban living the good life in America. Oh did I fail to mention that the Cuban people in Cuba were kind, friendly smart and fun loving ❤.

First Cubans can’t speak their minds and demand change those that do get thrown in prison. Then any business a Cuban owns he or she would have to pay %70 or %80 in taxes even if it is a small operation. Now the Castro family and high ranking government officials have business and they pay little to no taxes. Next Cuba produces coffee, beans , rice but the everyday Cubans get only what is about to spoil and can’t be sold. Cubans aren’t allowed to fish even tho we are surrounded by water. The embargo does cause problems, but those problems are for the Cuban government because the embargo won’t allow Americans to do business with such an evil regime. Every business opportunity that would happen would bring money to the Cuban government since they would be the ones doing %95 of the business with usa. Please speak to us Cubans so you can know how we feel
That was nice that the brother paid for the ride. That is empowering on his part Man I remember my late cousin who went to study in Cuba with many other people. When it was time to come back many ladies wanted to come back to Africa with their partners but they were not allowed on the plane. My cousin left a son we have no idea about. Maybe one day I will visit and do my own investigations. Just to meet him would be priceless. Great content Zoe.
