Nicely done. The only suggestion I'd have, is make the finger portions just a bit more staccato. In my opinion, it sounds best when the notes don't run together.

There, scroll down to BWV538 and there is a MIDI file if you haven´t got Medvedevs, I don´t know how it works, but BWV553 MIDI is doing fine from Tobi´s Notenarchiv
Organ sound was made by the Hauptwerk and a 2 manual was quiet when almost all of voices played. I wanted to change that but the result was low... Also the Hauptwerk mutes sound when plays more of them in one time. You can notice that when the orange voice is playing alone - volume is not so bad.

I would rathera lot more to hear it as a MIDI file in my speakers than in an organ in a cathedral like Chester Cathedral in England to say an example.
