He is applying rend to every single blood, and thunderclapping, when this was progression, prot warriors would be usually at the top just because of the amount of bloods with rend spread to them.
@VenjanN Sub is the highest single target dps spec since FL, but you cant use it on every boss as it requires you to be behind him, and you got no cleave / aoe dmg which combat and assa have

@pinball2k6 dude, Spine of Deathwing on HC is hard as fuck. Why did you think a Korean guild got world first? Because they have 2 raid locks a week on FL, which means all their casters get the legendary staff must faster. Kin raiders had 7 arcane mages, all of them had the legendary. And it did also take over 300 attempts for spine of deathwing on hc for Kin raiders (referring to a comment that says 100 wipes, actually over 300)
This patch has been shite. We're an average guild and we did 8/8 in the first day (6 hours) and we're already 3/8hc with missed raids over xmas. Took us 4 weeks to down Ragnaros last patch but we were happy. This content is spoon fed bullshit. Hope MoP is quick

I think Asian guilds got the first 5 kills, only time ever an Asian guild got a world first, it was because people got banned for abusing how lfr worked if you queued as a full group when dragon soul came out. Paragon where pissed they didn't get world first, method weren't.
