RC's Lex Luthor was my second favorite character (after The Emperor) and I was only today year's old when I learned that Doc Oc voiced him. Did an amazing job as well.
He's a really good Lex Luthor voice. Good actor in general, I wouldn't mind him playing Luthor in a movie.
For those wondering, Lex's suit has an invisible force field around it. And that's why he doesn't wear a helmet
he just wants his enemies to know exactly who's beating the crap out of them.
