Theres no singular channel or step by step method to become a professional. Even I am not fully professional yet. You have to find the 60 degree folds after the first direction. You can google to do this

Fold in half, then the 60 degree angle reference, then grid from there. There should be tutorials for this online.

How do you make a design on triangles
On a triangle grid, it is similar to box pleating except everything is on different slopes. It would be like boxpleating on only pythagorean slopes.
