As a lifelong resident of Wisconsin, I have to correct a couple things, because people from other states automatically don't want to come here because of these biases. It typically only snows from November 15 to April 1 on average. But, our "awesome summmer" (it is, best summer in the U.S.) is from Memorial day to September 15. Also the newer waterpark resorts are mostly indoors, so you can play year round. Kalahari, The Wilderness, The Great Wolf Lodge and at least one more who I can picture, but forgot the name are predominantly indoors. Mt. Olympus is 50/50, so it's still open in the winter. Noah's Ark and Family Land are exclusively outdoors so I think they're only open like May 15 to September 30.

Fun fact: Wisconsin Is the only state to be born out of spite. The Wisconsin territory was including about half of northern Minnesota, a bit of northern Illinois, and lastly, the peninsula that Michigan has now. Illinois firstly takes some land, Wisconsin territory is not that affected. Then there was a “war” between Michigan and Ohio. There was a city on the borderline that they battle over. The battle ended with Ohio winning, leading to “compensation” in the addition of what would be 20% of Wisconsin’s modern territory. This pissed a lot of people off but not to enough extent. Then Minnesota took the land to the north. Wisconsin is pissed at this point and upon hearing that Michigan wanted to expand all along the coastline to Lake Michigan, cutting off all Wisconsin access to the lake, they decided to sign into being an official state to protect our land. We’re fine with everyone now but our relationship with Michigan is odd. It’s like flipping someone off and fist bumping immediately after.

The average high temperatures in Wisconsin in the summer are not between "70 and 80" degrees. It's in the low 80's. I don't mind Illinois, Chicago is an awesome city. I'm glad I'm within 90 miles of Chi-town... that's a plus to living in Wisconsin.
Thanks for having some very serious thoughts for a not serious video! Hope you enjoyed! Consider subscribing if you did!
@@FTAMT Sorry to be a debbie downer. This is the first time I've ever seen one of your videos. I just hate stereotypes of Wisconsin. For example, I don't eat bratwursts and drink beer for breakfast. I haven't had a brat in over a decade and I'm not much of a drinker. Life is too short to waste it away with excessive drinking. I will subscribe and try to be more positive in any future comments.
No problem at all! We also don't try to live the stereotypical Wisco life. Welcome, and enjoy the ride!
Oh boy!
I'll pretend I didn't read that! Could we just give the southeast portion of the state to illnoise!...... I mean would anybody really care!? Lol
Hey buddy, you know Colby cheese was named after the town it was created in...the town wasn't named after the cheese...Colby was named after some railroad guy who had absolutely NOTHING to do with cheese :)
...did you just call me "buddy?"
I'm done with snow. I don't like cheese or beer. I'm considering Wisconsin anyway.....
God's country.
Should I move to Mayville Wisconsin in dodge county
Uh… maybe?
I live in a small town in wisconsin there is 1 grocery store and 5 bars lol
CLASSIC
I live in a city that has 2.5k+ grocery stores and 1k bars
Beers 🍻 Cheese 🧀 Lambue Field Farms etc etc
we have the Bucks and Brewers.
I've been thinking about moving to Chicago. But now I'm thinking about Wisconsin for the cheese. 🧀
Make the wise choice
Just moved to Wausau from Ny , not going back , they can have that mess
Wausau is a good area! Thanks for watching!
Lol coors isn’t from Wisconsin... not even close.
There is a Coors brewery in WI. It’s also Miller-Coors now. It’s also satire. Lol.
Miller bought out Coors 10+ years ago, FYI.
It’s no good living where the tourist want to go, really gets crowded
We have true four seasons.
One time I was in Illinois and somebody who lived in Illinois asked me if everybody in Wisconsin had cows!!!!
Wait, we don't all have cows?!

Lol. The Dakotas at least have the badlands.
Dakotas badlands? THAT's an "attraction"? Even Mount Rushmore. After 10 minutes..."Let's go find the washroom and go back to the motel."
@@badguy1481 The badlands are actually pretty great for hiking. And South Dakota has some other neat low-mountain hiking!
@@ahhitskatie9094 Hiking? How many Americans like to Hike? And you can Hike in every state in the Union and see beautiful scenery.
illannoys drivers may be bad, but holly sh!t oinksconsin drivers are waaayyyy worse. From living about equal amount of many years in Chicago, Milwaukee, and Madison, Wisconsin drivers make me wanna move back, and Wisconsin 'cities' just as well since the walkability (chance of avoiding bad drivers) is minimal. And what's up with the multiple DUI/DWIs in the news all the time? If it was just 2-3 per person, but it's way more. Sconsin'd be ok, if it weren't for its people. (But that goes for most places)
You must be from Minnesota…?
Thanks for watching. Make sure to subscribe and check out our video where we dunk on Illinois.
Illinois???? Duuuuude, greetings from Vegas… We have California on our southern border…. LA is only four hrs away! Tell me about trashy people, worse drivers and crime!!!
None of us have been to Vegas - but maybe they'd say the same about y'all? ;)

Lots of farms and lots of cattle. Haha I’m part of that

The pros of living in Wisconsin is I'm not living there 😅 The cons of living in Texas I'm living there . Sorry 😂
Motorcycling, hmm?
😂the worst thing about Wisconsin is bcz close to IL
Amen
😂
I'm from Kentucky, but I lived in Green Bay for awhile and loved it. Sadly, I hear it's turning into Milwaukee with it's higher crime rate.
We have a crew member in GB. He hasn't mentioned that, but maybe!
You look like you went to Concordia
Mr. Concordia 2016. Is that alright with you?

Pro all the cheese you can eat. Khan can't poop for a month lol.

Whoa ,whoa, wait a minute here, alcoholism..... you mean professionalism!!!!!!
The fall colors bring people from all over the country
If it wasn't for Illinois Wisconsin wouldn't survive
You’re wrong, but say more wrong things
So much BS I didn’t make it to the end. You don’t have to exaggerate in order to make it interesting. It isn’t all winter, snow, cheese, and drunks. It’s never been 50 below. People can look up the records for themselves. You do seem to have something of a schizophrenic attitude with all of the afore-mentioned negatives then too it is God’s Country. This might amuse some people who live here but anyone considering a move or an extended visit will be totally confused.
It’s called satire brother. This channel is all about making people laugh. If you want something serious, try the news.
