A Chinese man and a Chinese woman were making racist remarks towards two Ethiopians in Northeastern Chinese dialect while touring KLCC. And I stopped them and asked them not to do so and they became aggressive, they wanted to attack me, even that woman , can you imagine? It's an offence in Malaysian to make racist remarks. The Ethiopians should have taken down their car's license number and made a police report.
Penal code 504: Whoever intentionally insults, and thereby gives provocation to any person, intending or knowing it to be likely that such provocation will cause him to break the public peace, or to commit any other offence, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or with fine or with both
