Anyone who says he was washed up after 2004 is nuts and needs to watch this. Most of his issues was the teams he drove for post Gibbs. He still managed good runs every now and then. He could drive the wheels off a car right up until he stopped Cup racing

spinning the engine backwards will destroy the engine. Rear tires going backwards when not in reverse will ruin the engine. That announcer was a crew chief for 20+ years. I think he knows a little bit about race cars
