Airforce Pilot Anneka Deaton - don't fear failure

Anneka Deaton is a Squadron Leader in the Royal Australian Air Force. After being knocked back following her initial test, she reapplied, graduated and went on the be involved on important missions and operations around the world. She has learn't a great deal about leadership not only from captaining many crews on a variety of missions but from her own life journey.
