@@DrShoShow Skinner was not an advocate of the use of punishment and was not a developer of aversion therapy. Israel was a student at Harvard but Skinner was not his dissertation advisor nor was his dissertation about issues related to aversive therapies or punishment. It is important to distinguish Skinner's views from the views of some of his students, mainly of whom went in very different directions, and some of whom became controversial.
