nUtTY HALP! its honestly probably already covered but how do you round corners on a 3d transformed source not unlike your game capture in the chatting preview?
This tutorial moved me deeply. Using this to make composites for old school Acapella music videos 🎉 I'm a nerd 🤓 hopefully my meme music video production pipeline will make me famous enough to afford door dash once a month!
W tutorial. I was already doing this ;) but glad there's a comprehensive video for everyone else. It's not complicated at all! Setting the advanced mask and using the set option in the move action filter is a lot easier than the old way we had to do it before advanced masks. So I give this video/strimmer a 10/10. Actual human based content.
I use something similar for bluring the background. The guide was good. If you change the scenes on Stream Deck you don't need to put the reset on every scene, Just add the reset hotkey to the MultiTask Stream Deck button. Nutty I would really like tutorials on how to automate things for people that doesn't have a person to change cams or scenes to them. Something like one man band but for Streams. I go Live, record gameplay and have to change cams, zoom in, like I was editing during live recording. I would love to for example learn a way to change scenes using voice for example. That way I could say Hottake and the scene changes to focus on me. Sorry, my english is bad and caothic
Nice. Thanks for this tutorial, man! It even cleared up a few unrelated confusions I had about the Move filter options (specifically the Simultaneous Move stuff). Now I just have to wait for my University of NUT plaque to arrive.
Honestly loved this tutorial. The "filter only enabled when moving" uncheck, "activate etc", and turn filter on trick is super helpful to know. Would have been very helpful in setting up my now playing pop up.
Thank You Very Much for making these videos, nutty! In just a very short time, I have a learned what I needed, to make my streaming not just more entertaining, but more easier to handle. I still need some time to fully understand some mechanics, but for now, really... Thank You, Bro! Cheers!
I do soooooooo much with move already, but using a move source to automatically call a move value on scene switch is so fucking smart wth :D Well done nutty holy shit :D I wouldve literally done this with a sammi command that enables and disables multiple things and that I need to adjust for every new scene :'D omg edit: ah well I see the issue now :'D But still this is so fricking smart and I expect exeldro to introduce a new way that makes everything even better in 2 or 3 updates.. another edit: Nutty: *adds 4 move filters* "I told you guys this tutorial is gonna be CRAZY!!" me: *looks at my 150+ move filters on a single scene 🫠*
Holyyy, thanks Nutty! I spent HOURS trying to get this effect and never managed to do it. I ended up using some terrible custom masks over the webcam to give it rounded and custom-sized borders, and the transitions were awful haha 🤠👍🏻
great tutorial!! i did this type of effect when you started this masterclass. i would do a gradient transparency filder to both gameplay and camera for that midpoint where they overlap 🤔
Great!!! Pausing half way through as it's 11pm and the video appeared not long ago. Move is so powerful, we need videos like this which don't treat us like idiots. I've been playing with Positioning in Move Source to keep all my webcams visible but can select one to be active by pushing it to the top. Can't make sense of the start/end difference though
Been following the series so even though it's definitely more advanced it was quickly understood... buuut now ima have to replace all my camera source clones so I can make these smooth transitions lol.
I made it!! Great Video - learnt a lot, especially that if you forget to specify the filter for Move Value it deosn't work!! Roll on the next one. My brain hurts - thanks
I made it Nutty. I made it to the top of the mountain. Now I'm going to to add to it because its the mountain of disappointments my family has come to expect from me. Seriously though Nutty thank you so much for these master classes make more please. I am the Nut master with a P.H.D. in Nutnuss.
your videos have been very helpful, thank you is the transition 0:35 going from one rectangular source to a circular clone or just move value change again?
What about adding these and instead of copy pasting the filters to everything you use Downstream Keyer or Advanced Scene Switch to toggle them? Would that work?
Hi! You were talking about copying the 3D-effect onto every scene or otherwise gameplay scene will be permanently tilted. I'm wondering is it possbile to shortcut that process by using copy source plug-in? Like making an original gameplay scene, then copying that scene with source value and adding 3D effects etc. onto the copied scene? And then linking those sources with the transition plug-in. This may sound like total jibber jabber and maybe I've misunderstood something, but I started wondering if there was a way to by pass copying 3D effect onto every scene
i was just watching the whole playlist and trying to do a tip goal widget like those you can find on streamelements but i dont know how to move the color source by tip amount. So is there a way to modify x position of move value with streamerbot? in other term can you move a source with move value to a certain position that change everytime?
Is there any way to incrementally move the value of a filter Setting without having multiple Move Value filters? Eg: Changing the colour correction settings for a webcam to take account of changing lighting conditions. I want to move the setting sliders, not jump from one fixed value to another.
Daaaaamn, son. I need to configure this. Cam wiindow has sharp edges I need some smoothness on something other than my-oh nm. Edit: yeah bro this is def not the right one to watch first uhhhhh, yeah. 😂
I did it! I don't mean making it to the end of this video and the Move plugin tutorial series. I mean I did everything you show here BEFORE watching this video. Really. You can see it for yourself. I even added a custom camera frame to each of my videos. Like this one: ruclips.net/video/_rS1iy2WalQ/видео.html But still, it's nice that you keep trying to simplify the magic of professional-looking OBS production to other newbies like I was just a few months ago. Thank you.
I feel im missing a trick, i followed by step, every. single. step,..... but my game source gets stuck in the 3D on game scene and it will not reset, despite me following every step. Please can someone kindly tell me what im missing, i thought i may have missed a crucial step so i played back in slow motion, its like for like and im confused! :(
Hey,i stream with a console-pc setup..i have perfect internet, high obs settings, good lighting and i dont know why my cam super blurry when i play my game!? okay its fps game(fortnite) but when i see others gameplay, they have also blurry cam but not that much i have, pls Nutty you are my only hope:)
If you understood this whole video, congratulations on graduating the the University Of Nut.
I have a OBS Nut Diploma!! woooo thanks Nutty
nUtTY HALP! its honestly probably already covered but how do you round corners on a 3d transformed source not unlike your game capture in the chatting preview?
Would like a small tutorial on how to get my webcam to shake if I peak my mic or yell loudly.
Them: "Where you graduate from?"
Me: University of NUT 😆
Nutty got us into some very complicated filters and tutorials that I believe we don't find this one confusing or weird anymore. Good job!
As an alumni of the OBS University of Nut I support this video and the accessibility and opportunity for advancement of students within our community.
Sifu Nutty, I’ve traveled the path and wandered for minutes and have made it to the end for the knowledge needed to become a streamer 🎉😊
After learning the tricks in ep 3, this was surprisingly easy to follow along. Not confusing at all! Nice work.
Nut Graduatee here!
Video 1 - ok
Video 2 - ok
Video 3 - ok
Video 4 - amazing 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
This tutorial moved me deeply.
Using this to make composites for old school Acapella music videos 🎉 I'm a nerd 🤓 hopefully my meme music video production pipeline will make me famous enough to afford door dash once a month!
I love this video, holy crap. Answered a few questions I hadn't been able to figure out. THANK YOU, YOU FRIGGIN GENIUS!!!

Made it to the end! Now to work on making the changes!

ВЕЛИКОЛЕПНО! ЛУЧШИЙ! СПАСИБО!
I CANT WAIT TO TEST THESE WITH GOBAL SOURCES!! (also I love the outfit and hair thing you have going on in the prerecorded footage)
Nice. Thanks for this tutorial, man! It even cleared up a few unrelated confusions I had about the Move filter options (specifically the Simultaneous Move stuff).
Now I just have to wait for my University of NUT plaque to arrive.
I got my Gaming Scene to be rounded and 3D. It was a lot to take in but I did it. Thanks for letting me learn from you.
You did an amazing job explaining this! Thank you so much!
Absolutely love this animation! 🐐
Honestly loved this tutorial. The "filter only enabled when moving" uncheck, "activate etc", and turn filter on trick is super helpful to know. Would have been very helpful in setting up my now playing pop up.
I've made it! been waiting for another of your masterclass.
Thank You Very Much for making these videos, nutty!

I still need some time to fully understand some mechanics,
but for now, really... Thank You, Bro! Cheers!
It's morphing time 😎
Your vids are a lifesaver since I lost my newbie streamer training wheels (Twitch Studio) thanks for all the help!
I'm a proud student of the University of Nut!

edit: ah well I see the issue now :'D But still this is so fricking smart and I expect exeldro to introduce a new way that makes everything even better in 2 or 3 updates..
another edit: Nutty: *adds 4 move filters* "I told you guys this tutorial is gonna be CRAZY!!" me: *looks at my 150+ move filters on a single scene 🫠*
I’d love to see what effect your 150 move traditions accomplish! 🎉
Holyyy, thanks Nutty! I spent HOURS trying to get this effect and never managed to do it. I ended up using some terrible custom masks over the webcam to give it rounded and custom-sized borders, and the transitions were awful haha 🤠👍🏻
Hell yeah!!! I've been waiting all week for this
You're a real one my guy, thank you
great tutorial!! i did this type of effect when you started this masterclass. i would do a gradient transparency filder to both gameplay and camera for that midpoint where they overlap 🤔
You helped me a lot for my live streaming. ❤❤❤. God bless you. I was a VFX student. So I got each of your points.
Great!!!

Congrats to the 2024 graduating class of the OBS University of Nut, we're thinking in 3D now friends!
I made it to the top of the mountain! You explained it very well!
Been following the series so even though it's definitely more advanced it was quickly understood... buuut now ima have to replace all my camera source clones so I can make these smooth transitions lol.
Cool I don't need to use source clone to make different Advanced Masks transtions anymore!
I got it to work! It actually wasn't that hard, just a few steps you have to remember
Thanks nutty
BRO AM A BIG FAN OF YOUR VIDEOS ...
I made it!!
Great Video - learnt a lot, especially that if you forget to specify the filter for Move Value it deosn't work!!
Roll on the next one. My brain hurts - thanks
Please Nutty, remember me to join to your Twitch channel to thank all your tutorials at live. I already did it in the past, but i need to do it again.
I did it...but I woke up from my sleep...and saw my obs wasn't ready...anyway thanks nutt✌️😇
I had to pull out my map a couple times but... I made it to the end.
I already knew this before watching the video, am I like a Doctor of the OBS University of Nut now?
I made it Nutty. I made it to the top of the mountain. Now I'm going to to add to it because its the mountain of disappointments my family has come to expect from me. Seriously though Nutty thank you so much for these master classes make more please. I am the Nut master with a P.H.D. in Nutnuss.
nice one, this is not the hardest, for me the replay buffer rewind and forward video was..
your videos have been very helpful, thank you
is the transition 0:35 going from one rectangular source to a circular clone or just move value change again?
Stubby Ninja, Defensive Lineman, Nut University
i felt like commenting
This is all I ever wanted to learn and know! (I'm at 1:19, and scared)
Update: I think I kan keep up! I'll give a second update after I tried this
Noice! ❤🔥
What about adding these and instead of copy pasting the filters to everything you use Downstream Keyer or Advanced Scene Switch to toggle them?
Would that work?
Heh, I've done more complicated things that I couldn't even tell you how they were done after I did them. This I can follow.
let's get NutS

Quite simple, but complicated because you have to check your checked work that you've checked 3 times, after checking it for the 7th time
Huh ? What ? What did he just do ? (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

can you make this work with 2 different webcam source clones?
I am sitting in the bath, should I pull the lever on the toaster before I drop in the water or after?
I made it at last year
I hope there's a 5, 6, 7 ..........!

I survived the tutorial... now to attempt implementation... 😅😅
Daaaaamn, son. I need to configure this. Cam wiindow has sharp edges I need some smoothness on something other than my-oh nm.
Edit: yeah bro this is def not the right one to watch first uhhhhh, yeah. 😂
i do all of this but in only one scene
I did it!
I don't mean making it to the end of this video and the Move plugin tutorial series. I mean I did everything you show here BEFORE watching this video.
