Pre-Chronicles SEGA made some Hatsune Miku Vocaloid characters that looks like Nendroids and they also play Puyo Puyo. Then Chronicles is born, they had same designers of the models that made them like Vocaloid Nendroids too.
The altered Puyo Puyo Tetris music in Yakuza 6 is likely NEWER, and a conscious effort to remove musical references to Tetris (especially in the title screen and Fever music).
10:05 It sound like someone forgot the notes so they made it up on the fly and hearing it throws me off but I do find the different instruments interesting to hear. It's an interesting alternative to what we're used to listening.
Last year, i found out that risukuma was supposed to be playable in puyo puyo 7's story mode! He has a character select icon in the files that's only used in story mode
I never thought expected or even thought about Puyo Puyo content but then again, every game has some. This video’s great! It was nice to see cut content from Puyo Puyo Tetris since that’s the only one I got to play so far, as well as 2.
2:29 - Out of all the cut Puyo Puyo Tsu characters, Jaan would later become a playable character in Quest. She ended up having a fascination over Sig's left hand when they first met... as one does. 4:24/4:26/4:37 - Incubus looks good in white, I have to admit. Hope Quest gives him that outfit as an alternate costume. 8:48 - I still wonder who that 23rd playable character would've been. 12:32 - Honestly, I kinda prefer these over the designs we got. The final versions are good too, but these are honestly better.
I can't understand why everybody is talking about Puyo Puyo, but not about Madō Monogatari. IT'S THE SAME GAME SERIES! And yes, Puyo Puyo is a spinoff.
People like to hoard prototypes in order to maintain their value. It's the bane of game preservationists because the development cartridges these prototypes are stored on are prone to failure.
You could possibly talk about how the puyos (and maybe other aspects like characters) changed of the history of the series
Puyo chronicle has quite a bit of interesting stuff that was cut, could be cool to have that covered aswell

Yeah I think talking about puyo puyo 39 could be cool

It was likely changed to this because using the tetris theme would be a no no unless given permission
I have find an amazing channel, i always will love seen love to puyo puyo and more with western audience 🌸

I love Puyo!

Awesome work on covering the cut content on Puyo 👍
I remember playing a platformer action game in some kiosk at a mall starring carbuncle and what I remembered it was called Magic Hare or Magic Field.

For the third one, TaruTaru maybe?
methinks the last playable character would've been carby, like usual
@@camickoyt7781 I think it would be Rei. Because Yu's icon only shows her. Like how Arle and Carbuncle were together in PPT1 and separated in PPT2.
You deserve more subs dude
I think a video on the weird compile era spin offs that don't include Naso and Madou Monogatari would be really cool
Great video 👍
why did i think the title was a command 😭
I find it kinda funny that most of the cut music sounds super similar to the Final music

lets be real puyo is much simpler and more popuolar
I love puyo but have pretty much zero interest in madou games
@@Luvdiscdelgado Ehhh.... Madō Monogatari is actually a nice RPG game, especially those ones on Sega consoles.
@@alexkubrat3868 arent those purely dungeon crawlers?
@@Evilriku13 Yeah, some are kinda 3D, and others are 2D, especially Madou Monogatari for Saturn and SNES
There this ppt2 characters sketch could be found?
really great video
could you make a video about the worst madou/puyo game
Nice vid 魔法氣泡
hello jonathan it is i hinawa's cloth
Hi Hinawa’s cloth did you like the video
What the fuck...
I wish the Puyo Puyo prototype was dumped already. Idk why the owner is not doing that.

Was there no cut content for 20th anniversary?
Not as far as I know, that game doesn’t even have a TCRF page so I’m assuming there’s nothing of interest that goes unused for that game
@@DaEgg123 Alrighty then
Hey
So rulue is supposed to beat up minotauros for no reason
What's the music used at 2:09?
The music is the easy mode ending theme from the Saturn version of Puyo Puyo Tsu, you can find it by searching “Puyo Puyo DX (Album 2) - あそびに行こう”
