Very delicate gluten-free sugar-free COOKIES

Welcome to the delicious cookie recipe.
Most of the time,I try to make a PP version of simple recipes that I used to do, replacing sugar with flour. I publish recipes that come out well on my channel.
It was one of our favorite recipes in cookies.
The composition
️ ️ 2 egg yolks
️ ️ 1st spoonful of sugar substitute (I have trehalose+stevia) or can be replaced with 100g of cane sugar
️ ️ 130g soft room temperature butter
️ ️ 1.5 cups universal gluten-free flour
️ ️ 1teaspoon baking powder
1 bar of sugar-free chocolate
