My 128i has a N51 with an AFE cold air intake, a muffled delete, and Active Autowerke headers. I still need the tune, and it's a ZF auto, but it pulls nicely.
I know what he's talking about when it comes to having a car for years and not putting miles on it. I'm 3 years into my Evo ownership and I've done about 400 miles in that time. Its been off the road a year now getting restored and its soul-destroying. especially when you're doing it alone.

You have to make sure you dont lose to 135i. Because just with 430hp you would get smacked by almost stock 135i with a tune.
