In the context of the episode, Nepgear's first time transformation is by far the most emotionally significant. Her internal battle against the hidden fear blocking her transformation really makes it so much better.

5 months later but felt the need to agree to this! People keep comparing it to Winx, but only thing that changes in Winx's transformations (and most magical girls suff tbh) is their outfits. Having them fully transform is so much better imo!

I just love how the transitions of each transformation is like an actual video game (Yes, I know Hyperdimension Neptunia is based on a video game console basis so makes sense).
I love how all of them basically kust change clothes and hair color and then there's the last one that's the embodiment of "I swear, Officer! She was 18 a while ago!"
Sadly while Peashy/Yellow Heart looks like she is over 18, she still acts like Peasy's age.

Currently yellow heart is the goddess with the smallest wings that nobody has ever seen
hers are more skirt like but she has them. also the wings are equipment not part of them.
Uni also has them too, they're almost the same. If you look at the episode where they fighted Arfoire, where Uni lastly transformed, and talked to Black Heart.
