It was heart breaking to see but at the same time very honorable. You are very correct about Seoul being a nice place. It's all thanks to the soldiers that fought for recapture of Seoul and S.Korea.
There is no doubt that the quality is way better than the north. The only concern is Kin Jun-Un developed some serious far range rockets(or call them missiles), and in big quantity as we can saw in 2020 NK parade. These rockets can target majority of industrial zone of South Korea. But anyway I do not think there will be another Korean war again. A peaceful reunification like DDR and BRD might happen in the future.
