It's nice to see someone who actually gets out and uses his gear. Too many "overlanders" out there on RUclips who just go out and buy all the shiny new gear and likely never use it. You've figured out real-world solutions to making the camping experience better for your family without spending top dollar to do it. Great work!
Just ran across your channel. I’ve got an ‘04 Eddie Bauer 4x4 Excursion, 6.0.Bought it in 2014, had it Bulletproofed. I’ve put over 100K in it since I’ve owned it. Love the truck. I’ve had more offers and comments on it than any other rig I’ve owned,
nice updated build video! My Ex is getting a huge overhaul as we speak. Lift, shocks, tires, rims, front and rear bumpers and more. Already did lights and grill easy stuff. air bags in the spring. also need to square up my storage. If you want another Ex to walk thru for a another vid LMK!
What’s up, I have the excursion on my list, but currently I am building a Hummer H2. I am unable to do suspension work on my own, you got those f250 parts in there, if I had some parts, where could I take them to have them installed?
Cool stuff, you've made some changes. I've thought about bolting a water tank between the fram and body. If you don't use if for drinking water you can just use a OEM bedside gas tank.
Hey sorry for the delay! - I ordered them years ago from CarID.com but I last time I checked I didnt see them. www.carid.com/2000-ford-excursion-fender-flares/
I had it directly mounted on the roof - drilled holes and mounts - turns out that was not great as the roof was popping - ended up getting a full size front runner rack and mounting it to that.
You couldn't have picked a worse spot or condition with the sunlight and the Shadows to do your video it's very hard to see anything that you're trying to show

I love the barn doors and the access from the top window. 100% the reason I didn't do a tire swing bumper.
The goal for 2023 is to build myself an overland Excursion! Subscribed and looking forward to watching!
Greg you da man! Looking forward to watching your channel!
Thanks ROA!! Love your guys channel and all the off-road trailers you carry!
Love the rig!
Your set up just keeps getting better! Keep exploring!

your videos have helped me a lot with making decisions for my build thanks a lot!
Harbor Freight sells a nice welder for starting out. I got move bempers been learning to weld on those.

Great rig man! 👍👍
Thanks for video. What did you use to secure your solar panels to roof of Ikamper?
Love the set up! Great inspiration for my own 00 v10. What roof rack did you use under the tent?
Thank you for the videos…will be doing something similar in the spring…If I may ask, how did you secure the spare to the roof? Safe travels!
Sick info thanks
Great video love it. One of the reason I got my ex.
Can you add a link for the fire extinguisher mount and the propane tank you used. Thanks.
Great walk through, practical & well thought out build. I have a Yukon GT with barn doors & same issue on the swing out tire rack. 🥾⛰️🇨🇦❤️
Loving your videos bro I'm getting my list together for my 03 6.0. Do you have any suggestions?
Who made the fender flares that you installed. I am building out my 2004 V10 so thanks for the ideas.

Did you raise your center console? Because in this video just from the back side it didn't look like a normal one
What do you think about the 37’s with the two inch lift
I have 35" right now and wish I went 37 or 38 - not sure they will fit with a 2" lift - I have about 4.5" total.
How did you mount the tire to the roof? Takes up too much space in the rear.
I had it directly mounted on the roof - drilled holes and mounts - turns out that was not great as the roof was popping - ended up getting a full size front runner rack and mounting it to that.
I need to replace my head lights on my 2000 V10 Ex which ones do u all recommend?

Note taken! Video 3 I'll try to get some tree coverage! (and pick a better season to film lol)
