If the industry is more flooded with to many people doing the same thing you can negotiate the money just might not be there because of the saturation in cargo van or box truck all is over saturated!

The point is do not accept something and then complain about it. If it’s so bad, why accept it in the first place. You get what you negotiate. If you don’t have the leverage to negotiate more, then either accept what is offered or decline. But if you accept, don’t complain because you didn’t have to accept it.
