      Gavin,
The F55 has a global shutter while the FS7 does not. The F55 offers many more codec options than does the FS7. The F55 has a native FZ mount, which is usually configured as PL, but can be configured as EF with an adapter. The FS7 is the Sony e-mount, which permits the use of far less costly adapters than you need for an F55. With the optional XDCA back the FS7 can output RAW. The F55 requires an R5 or R7 optional back to output RAW. The F55 is not designed for "run 'n gun" use while the FS7 is. The F55 FZ to PL adapter permits lens info exchange and lens power from the camera, the FS7 e-mount does not offer that ability.
The F55 is configured as an "on the stix" camera offering full professional options. The FS7 is more of an "on the shoulder" camera with many possible auto functions, making it a bit closer to a "prosumer" offering.
