Tirupati is a city in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. Its Sri Venkateswara Temple sits atop one of the the 7 peaks of Tirumala Hills, attracting scores of Hindu pilgrims.
This time we visit to the temple for my second daughter's first tonsure and ear piercing ceremony.
we started to tirupati in the early morning itself. we booked a free darshan ticket in the online booking site. Total family members 6 adults and 4 kids. for kids below 12 years no tickets needed but everyone must provide Aadhar card. due to covid precautions all the pilgrims must carry covid vaccination certificate for 2 doses or covid negative certificate obtained in 72 hrs. at tirupati security check point we need to show all the tickets, certificates and other proofs.
Every month around 24 and 25 date online darshan booking is available. special darshan for rs 300 and free darshan also we need to book online.
Single day trip to Tirumala Tirupati for head shaving and ear piercing. Head shaving is done at many locations in and around Tirumala. Some locations have 24 hrs service and some between 6am and 6 pm. main head shaving centre is opposite annadhanam complex. and others near some guest house nearby tirumala.
Purohita Sangham and ear boring Sangham
papavinasanam rd,Tirumala Tirupati is purely for marriage muhurtham and ear piercing. Due to covid there was no rush at this mandapam.

In the same place we put muttai there is bathroom facilities. Hot water is provided their for specifically kids..

You can show vaccination certificate.. But get through the recent rules... We went last year end
