I've found that you can use formal gloves and change the color to the shade of his skin and the gloves will look like bare hands, that way you can use any type of torso and still show his hands

Nicely done! It would be cool to make a costume based off of Arrow.
I would rather recommend using tertiary slimline legs. It looks really cool when you don't wear boots that doesn't sit tight. Just adjust the colors.
