Sit on the chair as I mentioned in the video, for back support instead of taking full support from the back of the chair, keep a little pillow between your lower back and chair, that should help.
Mam please suggest the duration for anulom vilom pranayama alone... I do stretches, surya namaskar and shambavi.. I always check your videos when any doubt in shambavi.. thank you
Hello Mam, in Ardhsidhasana when I use blanket at edge of sit bones, 🤢 it gives slight pain/ discomfort all day, and legs feel weak. Is it normal. I try to sit i this asana for 40 min( 20 +20 min in 2 parts) . Neck also stiffness. Am i weak or is this normal. Since 3 months i have been doing. My goal is 2hours continuous sitting

My left nostril inhale is not eqaully smooth as my right nostril inhale. What should I do?
Just keep practicing, usually after 3-4 minutes it balances out on its own.

If you have been doing this for 3 months and you feel pain, then your hip joint might be tight. Do hip opening exercises.
