    Madam, Namaste. I am aged 55 and started to practice Yoga at home. I have gone through many videos and the first Video of yours popped up with " Right sequence of Pranayam " and I watched it like 10 times and you mentioned each of the sequence of pranayam has separate videos and I will surely watch them and practice. I jumped onto this video, which is about balance, and what you mentioned that it will take many days before we get balance is what I am taking as a challenge and starting to practice. will keep watching your videos for inspiration. Thank you very much for explaining with such a calm voice and very practical ways of doing this. Namaste again madam 🙏

    I would like to know that do all of your yoga workout poses are for female or is it for male or for both. Actually I mean to ask that which segment do you focus in these yoga workout videos.
