Craig's has been a fitting run for the anxious post-9/11 era, just as Brosnan was suave and dashing for the decadent and tech-y 90s, Moore's charm for the campy 70s, etc. They all fit their context very well, and that's why the franchise has survived where others have failed.
Not true at all, Craig was a terrible Bond, was more like a common thug than a 00 Agent, and had the wit and suaveness of a brick, dull boring Bond and often shown as a weakling for the feminist extremists.
