I've watched some videos saying the pen tip and the cursor is off by a few pixels. Is it true in your case as well?

I have an Apple iPad from 2018 that I am currently using. I am looking into getting this one, but need to know if this tablet can do animation. Can someone please let me know if it does. TIA ❤

I'm pretty sure it does, it runs like an Android so it can, hipaint which is mentioned in this video has an animation feature included with the app, though you have to have premium to export it as an MP4 😁 I hope this helps
