I just about to say this. There was a woman who broke down crying because after he paid for his meal he matched what they made that day.
That's what's killing me. I'm not saying his word is just but I've followed him for a while and it's nothing but positivity, even stuff he doesn't like. He's helped a lot of businesses. When I was overseas I had the opportunity to train a "mom and pop" restaurant that was very receptive to criticism. They now have several restaurants open throughout the country because of their awesome customer service. You have to be willing to listen to your customers and learn from criticism. 🤷🏾♀️

That's why I might never leave NYC. In NYC 98% of restaurants do it all. Pickup, delivery, walk ins, catering, 7 DAYS A WEEK, some restaurants are even open 24 hours, they expand into having food trucks, FOOD STANDS, EVERYTHING. I love it here in nyc.

We gon make shady skits, cyber büllý, lash out & call ppl names, all while scoring straight F's w the Health Dept & the BBB, receive the most negative Yelp reviews, NO STARS, then inevitably shut down within a year or two (unless you have Kandi or Bravo type money backing you to fall back on). Him not coming in/making sure he sends others in makes perfect sense. He's trying to see what they do all the time, how do y'all treat "regular" people spending money with you, is your food actually good? Like he has literally changed people’s financial situation for the better. All he’s trying to do is eat some food, review some food and hopefully change some lives for the better 🤦🏾♀️. Why can’t we as black people learn to take constructive criticism instead of always taking it as as an attack on us personally. Make the necessary changes to continuously have a successful business. “We” as Black people literally block our own blessings. Like Keith! Pack it up and come to NY and LI 😂. I know about blocking one’s blessings because I’ve been there, done that and you don’t end up nowhere but on the struggling side of the stick.

Montell Jordan, Jerome Bettis, Music Soulchild, one of the members from Blaque, Michael Vick, Ti, and a few other ball players that I did not know. However, as much as I am a fan of the art, Usher and Tiny were a disappointment.

The owner pinky Cole is very successful. She opened slutty vegan in other cities too & they're doing well too. People say the staff has good customer service
I appreciate Keith and his honest opinion. He has a right (like all other food critics) to have an opinion and post it on the web. He clearly stated his opinion but told the public to check out the restaurants for ourselves. The threats against him are ridiculous! Take accountability and do better!

Gordon Ramsey definitely doesn't make any difference between black owned or white owned. He judges strictly on whether your business is up to standard as a whole. I want to see more business owners actually put customers first

I ordered a multi-person order from one restaurant online and they called to tell me they were out of every single thing! How?!?!? This was in Atlanta. I’ve cooked at home more in Atlanta than in Memphis, because of the chaos.

As a person who has gone to several restaurants in Atlanta, the wait times are super long and the food is mediocre at best.
THIS! Is why I don't frequent many Black owned restaurants.... And I own a Black catering business!! Treating EVERYONE with the same courtesy is really the only way to thrive.
Honestly, I rarely eat at black owned restaurants. Due to the long wait time and the mediocre customer service. Let’s not talk about the high prices. The food maybe good, once it finally comes. However, the overall experience ruins it for me.

The black "community" knows our attitudes and quality of our "stuff" i.e. businesses and service are substandard and that practically everybody else can just serve people in a sensible and kind manner or just run the business with some sane ways. It's an indictment on black people that our businesses we always clamoring for are often unappealing to us.
