I don’t go on social media often - aside from RUclips and Pinterest. That being said; I disabled all notifications on my social accounts. Years ago. I stopped following celebs, gossip, tea pages, mega influencers that I didn’t watch glow up. It’s not good for my mental.

They get annoying!!
I felt bad once because I blocked one celebrity I actually really like because I felt like I was being overexposed to them and I just rather not hear about them anymore. Still have them blocked, but I’m fine with lack of overexposure. I just enjoy their work and keep it pushing.
