Arumba does not read YT comments, Arumba indeed does not have that achievement and I pointed that out in the subreddit's comments.
Nikesson Ah ok, but why did he turn the comments back on if he isn't going to read them?
He saw it as being a negative selling point for his channel for the comments to be turned off. He thinks it's good for there to be debate and comments between the viewers but wishes the subreddit to be the main forum for discussion.

The alexandria trade route does NOT go to tunis arumba. I know you cant see it that well cause the box hides it but the trade route passes the node and goes directly into genoa

hey arumba, the ability to raid costs is available in the nation designer. i just checked a month ago (might have changed by now), but maybe it just becomes available with certain other things?

Really cool. For Fezzan there is actually a new achievement as well. Fezzan Corridor or so. Also there is the Sons of Carthage Achievements.
why is the video only allowing the highest quality setting and not the 360 setting I usually do? was there a problem when it got uploaded? could you maybe fix that arumba?

ha Arumba and the alliterations ^^ there's a Belgian comic series called "Spike and Suzy"(although in Belgium much better under there dutch title of Suske en Wiske) of which of the 300 or so comicbooks 90% of feature alliterations as there titles ^^ - you're making me feel nostalgic 'rumba ^^

I just conquered USSR as Greece in 1939/40 and it was easy as hell. This game is boring and even tiny countries can blob like crazy, because it lacks any meaningful AI and has serious design flaws. I didn't even try hard. I have indef. amounts of tanks, arti, rifles etc. and 70 divisions.
HOI 4 is even easier than your average mobile game and no decision you make is meaningful. It doesn't matter, if you have perfect division size or not. It doesn't matter, if you have arti in your divs or not. You just roflstomp every nation with even the most retarded of division designs.
I played as Italy and literally clicked random buttons and still killed France and Yugoslavia. It was no challenge at all.
This game is broken beyond repair, because there are core features that are just plain dumb.

hey a tip for raiding your ships don't have to stop in the sea zone they can be moving from sea zone to sea zone and raid as long as there in the see zone they raid that one.(sorry I'm not good at explaining stuff)
I just finished a Tunis run 2 weeks ago. I quickly got big enough to rival Mamluks by killing the three little guys to the south.Then Ottoman will go for RM and alliance. When they call you into wars, go for favors and just enough land to get to Makuria and East Africa. The favors will allow you to call them in AND stop them rivalling you.
I got Sons of Carthage by about 1650 (strong France took over Aragon) and Barbarossa by 1750, but I play a bit slower than Arumba. However, I'll be surprised if he gets 500 privateers before 1700!

It is possible to take berber ideas as a custom nation now. You're right, it originally wasn't in there, but it wasn't unique in that respect, there are a few ideas in the game that aren't available to custom nations.
I want able to raid coasts when I tried it.
Although I just tried as Tunis and it didn't work. I do not have Mare Nostrum or the Cossacks so that might make a difference. I do not think I have common sense either.

You can actually pick the "May raid coasts" in the nation designor now. Not sure when it was added but I've used it multible times :)
Will you need transports to send troops to help Granada when they are inevitably attacked?

im sure someone already said it, but you can now choose the "may raid" option in the nation designer now as of the last patch

Castille's truce with Granada is shorter than Portugal's so you might have a problem if (when) they declare war on Granada, obviously a much more significant opponent.

Arumba, you can actualy get it in the nation designer, its just got a weird name in all caps, I found it when I last did a custom nation
