Nothing wrong with the condenser. Liquid entering left side of filter-drier then entering capillary tube. The tube came out no gas is capillary tube. The gas came out from left tube was plentiful. That tube is liquid line. Blockage was at the joint section of liquid line and filter-drier.

I have replaced my compressor evac the system, filled the unit with 134 and it seems that the vanes in the freezer part are not getting cold. its an LG compressor, If I was to push compressor air into the system where would I put the air into, the side that goes into the coils? to push anything out or just replace the coils call it a day.

@@TopAppliancesrepair Its a Refrigerant recovery machine. Freon, is the trademark name for r22 and not just any refrigerant. Refrigerants does not get old.

Wherever frost is wherever clogging is. The clogged section is at joint of liquid line and filter-drier. Nothing to do with condenser coil.

Releasing refrigerant into the atmosphere is a violation of the law, a heavy fine and loss of EPA license !
Purposely releasing refrigerant into the air is a crime. In cases like this where there’s very few ways to prevent it it’s generally acceptable.

Question I had is do u have to update the motherboard on newer models before you replaced the compressor and dry filter.
Did you run the 3 way valve into service mode otherwise you just did vacuum one side of the system
What about when lg fridge freezer is working bit fridge section wony get past 50deg... ice block forms right at evaporator supply.
That joint will fail. You can't use silfos for steel/steel or steel to copper. Use 56% flux coated rod.
That's 100 % silver
Soldier and flux that all he needs if you know how to do it
The phosphorus will attack the steel and the joint will fail.
