Therefore, SIX DAYS AFTER South Carolina seceded when the US Army left Ft Moultrie and moved into the unfinished Ft Sumter, that movement is called "The armed invasion of a foreign country". Later, the US tried to re-supply Ft Sumter, but the US had to TREATY with SC because the Union did not want to admit its legal secession to continue to claim COLLECTION OF THE REVENUE TAX MONEY.
