Thanks so much for sharing your professional recommendations and insights on back pain and support. We need more free resources like this. It turns out the products bought together are considerably cheaper then buying a “budget” lower back support office chair $300-500, and is probably better for results than these chairs with mixed reviews,
@@AskDrLaina Thanks!! Really any video about tools/accessories to sit in the right position and reduce back/lumbar pain when working/driving long hours would be great :)
Funny that you are actually using it wrong!. The logo should be at the front of, not in the back. I actually had to confirm with the company's customer service, cause I got confused by your video.
Thank you for checking that out. I tried it both ways and when it comes to proper posture it's most important to to ensure the back of your pelvis is higher than your front which is the manner I'm using it in. However, if you require a "space" due to tailbone pain you can turn it around and use it with the open slot at the back.
Thank you! In my experience with patients few people don't need coccyx support but instead need to ensure their pelvis isn't tipped backwards. Flipping it tends to help that. But you're correct...if you turn it the other way it can help a coccygeal issue. Thanks and enjoy your day!

Agreed! I hope it helps you.
Thanks so much for this, really appreciate it! Is there an updated product/video for 2023?
Hi! For a back support? Not yet, we still like this one but we'll make another asap! What type of products would you find most helpful?
