I'm an EV nerd and just want to thank and compliment you on this vid. It did a fairly good job of covering ALL my interest ... Trucks, motorcycles and economy cars. I hope you do this every model year.

These are much more reasonable car prices. When are they available here?

Tesla and the major car companies are making a huge mistake by not making these kinds of vehicles

Very interesting but we'll never be able to buy these cars in Europe. If they were ever imported the Europeans would immediately put a 200% tax on them.

There's an incredible amount of EVs that the EU market would clamour for were it not for the protectionist laws lobbied by industry and capital who hold nations hostage in their interest, who explicitly failed to invest R&D in EVs until getting caught with dieselgate.

The price will jump to triple, double at best. Your government will slap 100% tariff on Chinese EV

Do all these manufacturers have a RHD version of their cars / pickups and do they sell only through dealerships or individual vehicles?

Lately it's not uncommon for flooding around here. With the battery pack at the bottom. Poof your car if in a foot of water,?

Unfortunately, none are allowed on the public roads of North America. I don't know or care about other parts.
There is talk of UK allowing BYD imports, but talk costs nothing.

I absolutely hate infotainment consoles in vehicles, they are extremely dangerous. Give me old fashioned analog controls with actual buttons and tactile indicators of where they are pointed. I don't mind a rear camera because they are handy and increase safety, but intigrate that with something like a clock, speedometer, or charge indicator and call it a day, no other displays needed.
I drove tractor trailer over the road for a decade, and taking your eyes off the road to read a screen is dangerous, and that's why it wasn't allowed by law in trucks.

Tragically these days of late stage capitalism, the dash covered in screens records the driver (or occupant's) data and commodities it as revenue income or cloud capital. This is what Tesla pioneered

@@toyotaprius79 I think some groups did sue for making cars more dangerous with the infotainment systems though. I hope it leads to changes.
