The color is perfect for you!! I have two little tips for you. 1. Put your cape on backwards. They aren’t designed for the wearer to move their arms. Backward your back and shoulders are protected but you aren’t constricted. 2. You kitchen sink would be much easier use if you need higher water pressure, especially if you have a sprayer.
Appreciate the update. I was curious about your loc journey and glad to see this post. Your hair is beautiful. I'd like to see your brother's hair since I'm closer to his curl pattern but my hair is waist length, fine to average density, low porosity. I'm a licensed cosmologist but haven't done it as a primary profession since high school or college. Your DIY convinced me to at least do a test section (twists only for now). I mostly wear lace wings, high big buns or loose ponytails anyway. I want to get back to wearing my natural hair down. Highly appreciate you sharing your experience.
The color looks absolutely gorgeous on you. I wonder how it will bleach in the sun? And how well you can color over it if you desire to change the color?
@QueenEleem Unfortunately no lol. I didn't even buy that one, someone got it for me but I've been thinking about getting their sample pack because the stuff lasts a while in the hair.
i'm glad you did this. i'm planning to add some rose gold pink to my daughters microlocs to hide lint build-up and overtone is the front runner. my daughter has a similar hair color to yours and i'm excited she can get the color she wants and it not look overwhelming. thank you. i love it!!!

Your natural hair color is already beautiful but that hair color enhanced the beauty! Your locs overall are gorgeous😍

Your hair looks GREAT!
Excellent with your skin tone!🎉
I remember watching your channel when you first installed your locs. They are beautiful!
You probably need 3. You have a lot of hair that was left out. I'd love to see how long it lasts. And I'd love to see you try different colors
I was wondering how your loc journey was getting on. Looks amazing!
Amazing!! Looks so good

That color looks fabulous on you! I expect it’ll be that much better when you color the rest of your locs!

Man I used Overtone blue for dark hair and it worked better than my actual dark blue hair dye 😂😂😂
Oh nice! Have you tried any other colors that you would reccomend?

This color took beautifully on your locs. I’m curious to know if anyone used this on traditional locs? If so, please share your experience. 🙏🏾
