seen them 30+ times. they are always awesome. people always talk about the big 4: Metallica, Anthrax, Slayer, & Megadeth. I'll put Testament right up there for their longevity.
+charles taylor their biggest downfall was probably instability among lineups, and Souls of Black. I personally love Testament, but they rushed that album for the Monsters of Rock tour, and it probably hurt them because shortly after was the downfall of thrash during the 90s. They are an awesome band though.

Eric is the tight one, that rhythm playing is on point. Alex is a brilliant lead player but his rhythm is lacking. The two of them together make an awesome duo
