This „ssssssshuuuuup“ and the brushing are so relaxing (at the same time).
I literally watch this so much it's insane! It has almost all of my favorite things, and I always turn to this video for sleep.
I love pen sounds ad silence with concentration the sound of old books and ink pens also perfect whispering with no sloppy sound or clicks or strain on the throat.

Anyways, we took a break and started smoking cigars (I've never smoked in my life) and I picked up my phone, which transformed from a crappy nokia into an iphone, right in my hand! I dunno, my dreams make no sense, but I like them.
I used to not remember either, but I started scribbling them down on some nearby scrap of paper whenever I did, and slowly, I didn't need to write them down to remember anymore. Maybe you could try that?
