This is hilarious. I remember this day like it was yesterday. I got told during one of the breaks not to tell the actresses to move so I could see them drawing on the board. I was able to forfeit some of the parting gifts to cover for the taxes owed on the winnings.
Duc Nguyen many people were so upset by the changes during the season and I think the majority of the stations carrying WLoD either moved it to late night, a lower indie station or dropped it entirely.
I wonder if they allowed the last champ during their Chicago stay back to CBS TV City to continue their championship reign as nighttime WHeel did in those days. Interesting that they went back to the original theme later in the RObb Weller season, after the early weeks had that remixed theme.
