I remember how hard it was getting from 90% tempo to full speed learning this. Great job! And thank you for playing the major third dyads during the chorus. It absolutely kills me when people play power chords instead.
How to get it up to speed without tensing up insanely bad I have no idea what to change about my technique for the intro gallops I always either mess up or i tense up to death and then ruin the rest of the riffs
@@bebarshossny5148 The intro gallops are the hardest part of the song imo. This is just my take, but I feel it's something you can never really play well if you're just aiming for the actual tempo. You have to push yourself to target tempos higher than 100%, with all the mess and tension that comes with that, and eventually you can fall back to the real tempo and it becomes manageable. Try also playing small bursts then pausing, like the first half of each bar.
@@bebarshossny5148 completely forget about this song, then learn other songs or riffs that employ the gallop technique (e.g battery main riff and the bleed riff) and then come back to this song. Should be much easier. reason why this works is that you're practicing the technique from different patterns (battery) and speed (bleed), diversifying your skill set. Also your pick may be ass (hindering your progress) use a tortex jazz 3 pick and make sure you have a setup guitar aswell. GL
Hands down the absolute best cover of this song on RUclips. Also the only cover that plays the rhythm part during the solo correctly 🫡👏
This song is like leg day for my right hand
any Night of the stormrider song be like 😅
Such an awesome cover dude. It takes a lot of work to keep up with Schaffer's rythm
thanks mate yea he is a beast!
Super clean and rhythm's on point. How does this one have so few views? One of the better covers. Nicely done.
thank you dude!
Because the actual song has very little views as well
Incredible work! No idea how you build the stamina for this.
That's my question too...have tried several times but somewhere at the middle of the song my right hand gives up
Hey man, you have to tell me how you got the galloping down. I’ve been trying for years 😢
Killer cover man. The endurance needed for this song is gnarly. The tone sounds awesome too. More people need to see this.
Nice cover KILL,that song is very difficult to play imo..but you did good job overall👍
fuckin Ace man, awsome job, im trying to learn this but it's so tough my hands feel a nuclear explosion inside from tensing up.

@@altmaster3288 i managed it but not with consistency and ease
I have to warm up a whole lot too
@@bebarshossny5148 I think at this level of play we all have to warm up a decent amount :P

Only problem is you didn't use the Barlow version. Great playing though!
I love the Greely version and Barlow version equally. They both have great charm :D
Insane cover dude!
