    I think the copper-clad steel rod is better than the hot dipped galvanized steel rod.

      I call it a ground rod here in the US, he isn't in the US, they use different words. That's all; the concept is the same.

    The 4-3-2-1 rule is perfect. I'll look for those rods and pick up 4, but I have no way of drilling a 6 foot deep by 4 inches wide hole. The idea sounds solid, but impossible for me to do.
    What mixture of salt/bentonite do you recommend? Half salt and half bentonite?
    Do you recommend bare ware connecting the grounding rods, or should it be insulated, and why?

    Most earth stake come in copper, you said don't use it why?
